Why we created Ignatius Coaching<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEveryone has one or more crises in their lives in which they can no longer get on alone. Many books, so-called guidebooks, and a confusing range of different coaching approaches promise quick relief with fast, superficial tricks and tips. But they don’t get to the bottom of things, so the causes continue to cause stress in life. Real freedom comes from within. Inspired by Ignatius of Loyola, who shaped the philosophy of the Jesuits and who made the school accessible to ordinary people more than 400 years ago, we also want to make coaching accessible to everyone. For this reason we have founded IGNATIUS COACHING. Our coaching approach is based on the meta-theory of change, which combines various elements from transactional analysis, systemic approaches, Gestalt therapy and other methods and philosophies. In this way, we are able to compose the coaching offer individually for each need and also combine the elements flexibly and meaningfully during the coaching. In addition, we regularly undergo further training and supervision in order to make our offer even better.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Only very few of us learn crisis skills. Not everyone had suitable role models in childhood.
Yet we all experience crises or difficult times again and again in the course of our lives. To date, coaching has only been established as a method for the further training of executives.
