Our offer in the area of “Life & Business Coaching” is aimed at people who are no longer able to get on with their previous solution patterns in private or professional situations or who want to change. Thematically, we are open to all topics that someone is struggling with. Together we analyze and reflect on the current situation. We then work out a desirable perspective for the future. In order to achieve these, individual steps are then necessary, which we also work out together. During the implementation phase, we accompany our customers and clients as a safe companion on their personal path towards a sustainable and functional change in their behaviors and attitudes.
Identification of blockages and elaboration of coping mechanisms from beginner to pro
In the area of sports and health, our coaching approach applies to all people who want to change their current training and nutrition behavior. From amateur athletes who train regularly and want to achieve a specific goal, to professional athletes who want to prepare optimally for important competitions. Together, also with the athletic trainers, we not only identify the athletic goals, but also work out how one would like to feel, for example, when reaching one’s own goals. We also work closely here with physical parameters, such as heart rate variability (HRV), to make the effects of coaching physically measurable. In this area, we cooperate closely with sports scientists, such as medhealthathletics. For professional athletes, we involve the respective coaches and tools.
Companies also have to change because they face a wide range of challenges. Volatile, uncertain, complex and dynamic markets require flexible and increasingly rapid adjustments. Business models, structures, markets and workforces must adapt to change in an agile manner. We accompany organizations and shape the change and transformation processes together with the people working there.
